very loving, patient, and thougthful to her hubby!

What is that awful noise???

I am learning to play the violin!
I am so excited!
I have always wanted to play and now I can!
Okay, granted, I have only had two lessons and still sound like a
squawking chicken
but my goal is to be in a symphony,
in 10 to 15 years ...
Anyway, my friend Sierra is teaching me (thank you)
and I have a lessons once a week at her house.
I wish that I could practice more
but with kids it is hard to sit down for an extended period of time ...
to do anything.
Hopefully my teacher will bare with me, and my children too.
Yeah!

And by the way, Sierra is also responsible for getting me hooked on The Bachelor.
Darn those sappy reality shows ...
now I have to keep watching to see if he will choose Melissa or Molly.
I think that it will be Melissa? Possibly.

Weekend update

So this last week was super fun. My mom and BFF Britney (aka my sister ... heheh) came to visit with her cute kids. I love when they come to visit because no matter what we do, it is great.
We took the kids back to the Out of this World play place, had girl time after we wrestled the kids into bed, and played "patient" for Scott doing some eye exams.
It was fun to just chat, exchange clothes, and make food together.
Then it was time for the super bowl. I am not a huge football fan but I like an excuse to get together with friends. The comercials are all I watch and the 3-D one was a hit.

The kids are SO cute in their pjs. They cooperated nicely for a few minutes and the older ones recieved a poptart for sitting still and being good. Lucky girls.

All the hot mamas. I even have on an 'Edward' tee that Britney made me in honor of Twilight. Yeah!

Super bowl with the Johansens and Jensens. We were rooting for Arizona.
